Cashew Butter is an awesome addition to anybody’s diet. But if you’re vegan and haven’t tried it yet, you’re in for a special treat! First, it’s delicious! It’s a great source of protein and healthy fats and has ample amounts of B Vitamins and magnesium. But what makes it truly spectacular for a vegan diet is how rich and creamy it is! Because it is the mildest tasting of all nut butters, Cashew Butter can be used as a substitute for dairy in making so many food items that would normally call for milk or cream. It’s wonderful in savory recipes such as sauces and soup as well as sweet things such as your favorite smoothie or cheesecake! You can even add a spoonful to a cup of tea or coffee along with some honey or sweetener of your choice. It’s makes a wonderful drink!
Today I collected a number of vegan recipes using Cashew Butter from around the internet. All would be perfect using our Creamy Cashew Butter or Organic Cashew Butter.
