We are all big fans of sweet and simple, and we happened to whip up one of the best snacks that’s just that! Sweet and simple.
These almond butter cups are perfect for on-the-go snacking, or even as a pairing to your morning cup of coffee.
What you’ll need:
1 cup of Maisie Jane’s almond butter
1/4 cup of maple syrup (you could also use honey if you prefer!)
2 cups of rolled oats
Silicone cup baking pan
Grab a large bowl to use in the microwave. Add Maisie Jane’s almond butter and the honey/maple syrup to the bowl. Heat in microwave in 10-15 second increments, and make sure to mix in between.
Next, add your oats and mix well. Once everything is mixed together, add the mixture to each cup of the silicone pan. Smooth almond butter mixture until it’s level at the top!
Finally, chill in freezer for about 20 minutes and enjoy!
