Vitamin E, zinc, riboflavin, niacin, copper, linoleic acid. They’re good for our overall health, but did you know they are also great when applied directly to your skin? Now you can eat your almonds and treat your skin to them too!

Finally getting some time out in in the sun? Whether you’re playing in the park or weeding the garden, you need to take care of your body’s largest and most visible organ. The California Almond Board has given us some wonderful ideas for using almonds in your daily beauty regimen.

Make an exfoliating body scrub that’s good enough to eat:

Ground almond pulp and lavender oil combine to give you a sweet glow.

Here’s a mask that will make you look really good:

Avocado, honey and almond oil: moisture rich and smells so nice.

Be like Cleopatra; take a milk bath.

Swapping out home-made almond milk for cow’s milk, you can bathe like royalty.

Don’t forget your feet!

They take you everywhere; now take them to heaven with almond milk and coffee grounds! Wakes you up like morning coffee; smooths out rough heels. What could be better?
