Bloom Season is a glorious time of year in Chico! The air smells like honey and trees light up in blossoms of pink and white. I thought I’d share a peaceful sweet video of almond blossoms in bloom made by cinderellalifestyle and offered on Youtube. I especially love the starry centers of this variety of almond. Some people think of the 5-pointed star as a symbol of the regenerative power of nature and many cultures revere the almond for that symbolism as well as it is one of the first trees to bloom in late winter / early spring.
